I agree on the first one - makes me want one, despite being guilty of taking the curse word in my younger years! I've seen the light now though.

vrskodanorman in da house: SKODA loveDon't really know if i love it, love is a strong word but I like the way it starts every morning, hauls junk and looks quite OK when it's all slammed and Mooneyes tricked out. I hate, although hate is also a strong word, the curse word paint & bodywork but otherwise it performes quite OK as a Shop Hack.... DP says: I love my GF, my cat, my dogs and my 06 Aprilia RSV Tuono R, that's love....

It's an S100, made from 1970-1980. The coupe (S110R) stayed in production for a bit after that.

They rare? Cant find anything on ebay You've answered your own question there I think. Yes they're rare. The saloons aren't too expensive if you do find one though.

this is an S100 or S110L not too expensive, and do creep up occasionally. there is one for sale on german ebay in fact. early 70s to late 70s, predecessor to the Estelle. this is an S110R these were made along with the S100s as the coupe version. they were produced for a little longer though (about 1981) and were replaced by the Rapid. they were the basis for the Skoda 130RS which won the Monte Carlo rally in 1974 ( i think) and had other good racing sucess for a 1300 car. the S100s are only 1000cc and the s110s are 1100cc with the S110R being 1300cc. would need another skoda nut to back that up because i am not sure. S110Rs are unfortunately quite rare. last one i saw had 1 owner from new about about 10k and were for £4,000. more average ones go for around a £1000.

All very, very swish cars. I really like that brown one and the rally inspired ones.
Nice lass, too ;D

Standard S110R's are 1107cc, but were fitted with a special cam that lifted the power output to 62 bhp. Price wise, these are on the up, good S100/S110 saloons are upwards of £1000 now, i paid £450 for my restoration project which was cheap. S110R Coupes are now around £1000 for a project and anywhere from £3000-£6000 for a good condition to concourse condition. S110R's, there are around 23 known in the UK, the latest being a 1985 registered on a C plate. S100/S110 Saloons there are around 15 as far as i can remember.

You need to look at whats coming up for sale lately mate.
I know a few of you NE lot cant understand the prices, but look at that Rapid that just sold on Ebay, 1987 E plate, 11000 miles, no test. £710
I know of a 1990 G plate Rapid coming on the market shortly, its a genuine 11000 miles, immaculate condition and will be for sale at £2000, and worth every penny.
People are starting to realise the rarity of these cars and that is why the prices are on the up.

i don't have a problem with prices going up. I just don't understand how anyone can say a Rapid of condition 1 is worth £1,000 when that 11,000miles Rapid made only £750 and Barry still hasnt sold his Rapid. barry's Rapid ^ but i cant be arsed to discuss it. some more nice pictures. this is just hot! wheels and paint are nice i like this oh yes smoothed door handles Rapid love on a Saturday!

that green S110R is in my opinion disgusting! air vents all over the front bonnet - to keep the engine cool? and bumpers off an octavia or something - whats that all about? others are nice though, really like the 130RS.
