6 months Tax would be exactly £112.75 as its not banded tax its just pre 2001 rates. If you wanted it taxing I have still got it insured so I can tax it if you pay for it. Deliver for £37.25... Call it £150 on top taxed and delivered!

These are the Volvo Forum posts I made before I decided I would have to sell it to get the house purchase sorted. I had so many plans...so little cash. Copied from other Forum: The S70 is a 2.5 20V manual, wasnt a high spec model but had a whole host of extras fitted from new which made it more or less a CD and oddly made it more expensive! Was ordered with Alloys, sunroof, climate control, twin vanity mirrors with lights, leather steering wheel, Red wood dash and centre panel, spoiler, headlamp wash wipe, heated seats, inbuilt child seat, cruise control, front fogs, trip computer, mats and leather interior. Has all the sport pack, all the luxury pack and the comfort pack... makes it a CD spec less the electric drivers seat from my reckoning! www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=112066www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=111612I got it back with an ABS fault which turned out to be a rusty toothed ring on the CV joint, cleaned it and its sorted. Everything works other than the drivers headlamp wiper is lazy, sometimes doesnt park at the bottom properly. I might have a set of 16in aftermarket alloys to go on it also I am willing to remove the towbar if you didnt want it on there.

it'd be somepoint after tuesday as we've got a skip in the space for it at the moment as our drive is only wide enough for my dads v70. I wouldn't be needing the tow bar and do you have any photos of the alloys?

Thats ok with me. I can bring it over any night, I'm not busy after work. I don't have any photos now but should be able to get some over the weekend. If you wanted to leave it to the end of the month you don't lose a moths tax for a week or so. I don't mind holding onto it until then aslong as you are sure its what you want, could always come over and look if you wanted.

Its a good car, I bought it about 2 1/2 years ago then sold it to a mate who really wanted it, he then sold it to another mate of mine and his who used it until he got a Saab Convertable habit. He sold it back to the bloke he got it off who then sold it back to me the original owner! Drives well, has had new CV joint boots, front tyres and all discs and pads within the last 5000 miles, I really don't want to sell it, I love it but I bought it back with no need for it and also before I bought a house! I'm sure you will like it. It still has the black key and 2 grey ones both with Remotes, Handbook, Air Con is Ice cold, climate control had a new interior sensor when I bought it, has genuine mats in good nick, also an SC-805 (I think) CD player I bought for it first time round. I have just replaced both front indicators as they were a bit untidy. Has a full tool kit and locking wheel nut key. It even has the white gloves they come with in the boot so you don't get dirty hands changing a wheel!

Didnt manage to get to take a photo of them, I will try to get one tomorrow. They are about 10 spoke with a dummy screw on centre nut, they are quite square spokes with something written on one of them from memory. Still on an 850 at the moment.

I had my Landy nicked last week and need a cheap reliable daily to tide me over until the insurance is sorted.
Ideally I need a car like yesterday and have a few to look at tomorrow but yours really takes my fancy.....I can have the cash waiting.

Hi Lacy, will do. Looking good for it being sold but will let you know first if it doesnt. The wheels could be 15inch not 16's from looking at the photo and are TSW's, not sure how good the tyres are. Not as nice as I remember either! Mate took the photo as its stored where he works.  |
