Don't really know anything about the car other than it looked awesome.
The quintessential pimp car has to be just about any 1970s Cadillac.
Tell you what though, in my internet meanderings I found some pretty shocking cars that claimed to be 'pimp'. Would seem the meaning has changed since the 70s somewhat and now just means 'hideous' rather than that certain something that makes a car audaciously pimp.
But then I went hunting out some Lincoln Continental action, another car that was almost pimp from the factory.
It is tricky pinning down what Pimp is though, it seems somewhere between US VIP, Lowrider and extravagant Bling. Go too far in any direction by just a little bit and a car stops being Pimp, and it seems to be a very fine line that distinguishes what's what.
