I think some of you have forgotten the general idea of for sale threads and the prescribed absence of negativity which defines RR. If you don't like it then simply don't look. If you think that it is overpriced then move along. As for the Max Power comments...many of you own/lust over many of the boy racer cars of yesteryear which is slightly hypocritical. The car has clearly had money and time spent on it, NOT just a set of trendy rims and cut springs (unlike some on here). The seller has been nothing but polite, which is surprising given the lack of manners displayed. Hardly the spirit of the forum is it? As for not being retro, there have been more modern cars and a whole lot more 5hit posted up here so think on. This is all starting to read like a thread on E38 or OSF - most inappropriate. Well said, something's value is purely based on the owner & whoever is willing to match the price. As you say this car has obviously been well tendered for, the engine choice might not be the norm but variety is the spice of life & all that. Come on gents, if you think it's too highly priced then look at something else. Good luck with the sale chap.

people use zetec's because they are good, solid reliable engines? In my opinion there's nothing cooler than a 2.1 Zetec Turbo in a fiesta. Not a sheep ay? looks no different to any other modified mk3 fiesta in Max Power... you proved my sheep point in the first sentence, "people use", lots of ppl do it an I'm not one to follow hence the xflow, yer the car may b "max powerish" but with a twin40s... that makes any car cool imo, its more modern than a mk1 fiesta or a mk2 but with the same retro power witch will suit some ppl I'm sure an thanks j1mmy agree with you 100%

johnboy I chose the xflow coz I prefur retro cars(engines too) an I'm not a sheep...i meen how manny mk3s have rs turbo an zetecs in them...all of them! its summint diffrent an xfows on 40s r way cooler than any modern zetec curse word imo, an tom id only want a power run to see what its putting out, woudnt worry bout tinkering atall, Agree with you but then you already know my feeliings on x-flows as I have a 1700 one

Gotta admit, I kinda like the idea of the xflow in this too... Looks smart, Oldskool tuning too, nice And cvh looks curse word.. The overall styling isnt my sorta thing, But seeing as its an old mk3 fezza which has to be retro now, Using old maxy pants styling it has to be retro surely? Gets the thumbs up from me, As little as that means ;D

didnt mean to offend about the use of engine, just thought zetec was a better choice of swap from my research into possible swaps for my fiesta. might be a good idea to post the car for sale on Fiesta SI and Fiesta Guides forums if you havent already. www.fiestaguides.co.uk/phpBB2/www.fiesta-si.com/forums/If you keep the car, maybe consider a cosmetic change but keep the engine and funky interior? just some inspiration

coz he was doin it as a favor to my dad so didnt do a print out, i'll get to to tcs 4 a print out if I hav the monet but driving it a don't dout his estmate I suspect you may find Mike Jennnings' rolling road pre-dates any sort of print out capability. But IMHO there are few better people to set up this sort of motor, so whatever it's making it will be making it well.

If i had spent £4600 on an interior, i would have expected better carpets than the raggy originals

Good job you didn't pay for it then パンダ, and nor by the sounds of it are you intending to buy it. So lets keep it positive.
I quite like it. Initially I was a bit unsure of the styling, but actually its quite cool. I'd change the lights and wheels but its not all bad and that interior is a work of art.

Sorry didnt mean anything by it, I just thought the carpets looked a bit 'raggy' for a £4600 build. Apart from that its a great looking car and very rare to see one looking like that which hasnt been bought by a chav and then had masses of ripspeed stickers, lol ;D I will just say though, that i think you will have trouble getting £3000 for it, as its not quite old enough for the retro fanatics, and its not new enough for the boy racers. Shame really as like i say its great looking car, and has obviously been looked after
