Cool mate! See on the rear arch pic with afgezaagd and the arrow - I'm thinking of doing that to my rear arch, the only thing I'm worried about is getting flicked with spray from the road - does it work? As in if you drive it on a wet road do you get water flicked up your back or stay dry??!!

Hehe, nope, you're going to get soaked if you chop it off... but it's fashion over function I reckon I don't ride it that much anyway because it's not exactly street-legal, but it also doesn't do more than 4 miles on a full tank ;D

These were in quite bad shape, but I've got 3 brand new sets still on the shelve. They're not common, so I'm not selling em either they're waiting to be put on a project I still want to start one day

Blimey why do you get such bad fuel consumption out of it??!! I think I'm gonna measure up My arch and shape it so it's not cut straight off so it still stops me getting soaked, or at least try to!

Also what size tyres are you running? look chunky! The wheels are Honda MB-X wheels, 18". Tyre size I can't tell you right now, I'd have to check it. Blimey why do you get such bad fuel consumption out of it??!! Hehe, because it's got a tiny little external tank, AND it goes a tad faster than your usual Maxi I rebuilt it to race it at a 50cc moped race (won 3rd place). Although the engine still isn't 100% done, it does about 55 to 58 mph on the straight. I reckon that if I started working on it again, I should be able to get it up to, and maybe even over 62 mph. (keeping in mind that this thing is a lot heavier than a regular maxi)

Shame as it's a cool ride, although the attic is a better place to put it than a water filled ditch.
