Could be your 'something powered for the gathering?' or get it back on the road for 150mpg retro commuting!
This little gem came with my Puch moped, I bought them about 2 weeks ago for £150 so due to the fact I'm rebuilding the Puch engine I thought Id offer this back out to the RR masses for how much it cost me - I'm sure its worth more but I could do with a cash injection this month so quick sale needed!
I havent touched it, just tucked it away inthe garage, from what I can see it'll need the brakes looking at, new chain and a front tyre. I'll clean it up for you and t cut the rust stains off the frame and it'll look much better
The chap I bought it from (cheers dude) said he had it running before he took the chain off and it ran well. Its a proper old beast and looks well good with the front plate on the mudguard! Its a pedal and pop bike and with it being 1971 its tax free too! Apparently capable of 30mph!
Ill throw some pics up this afternoon if anyone is interested, I don't have the V5 but the previous chap said he spoke to the DVLA about it and they have it there so I think you'd have to get a (v62?) form and pay £25 to get the V5 as far as I'm aware but don't quote me!
I was going to have a play with this one when the Puch is ready to rock but needs must
Here are some pics i have more if anyone is interested?
The knee guards from one of these went for about 60 quid on eBay the other day but I don't like breaking stuff with potential!
Cheers
