Hey there. Have a '63 Capri for restormodifying. Have heard on here Saab wheels fit Fords. Have downloaded the GIMP. Have thrown this together for your input: So what do you guys think? No not about my chopping skills... do you think these wheels suit the car? It will have most of the standard chrome removed too. (Not my actual car, not my actual wheels.) Al

I actually like it in a perverse 90s Fido Dido way

Ha ha, what was that HotWire was asking the other day about people still building Street Machine-worthy cars?
I think it rocks.

1989 Peugeot 205. You know, the one that was parked in a ditch on the campsite at RRG'17... the glass is always full. but the ratio of air to water may vary.

Thats the exact car that sprang to my mind. lol , very 90's. Cant remember it looking so dated. haha , those rims are terrible. Styling has echoes of Bernard Newbury's Karmann Ghia but on a lower scale budget. Pastel shades on a lowered and smoothed dechromed classic.

The saab wheels on the black one look far better than the smooth 3 spokes on the purple one imo. Id roll the black one as it is.

Black one rawks.
Purple one, not so much.
Never been a fan of three spoke wheels, but they look quite good on the black example.
Deep dish five spokes would be my choice, but that's just me, I always wanted a MKIII Cortina on Pentas.

For some reason I alway expect cars with 3 spokes to go up and down as they reach the points, like square rims ?
