I'm only active on RR. I joined the volvoclub forum but I rarely visit. I do searches for info on other forums but I rarely post - I don't really like just joining a forum, asking a question and then b*ggering off when I got what I wanted. Not really in the spirit of things!
Since RR has become busier and busier I don't think I'd have time to visit any other forums!

I spend most of my time on here now even if I'm not posting that much. Its not good for work productivity! Other than this there's the UKK one, UK-Hotrods e-mail group, an occasional look on a Farina club forum and a Herald yahoo email group that is actually really good as some of the world experts (!) are on there.

www.miniresource.com (curse word mini site, full of idiots. just happens to be the first mini forum i stumbled across) oh yeah? Cheers I think you'll find the one idiot that made you think everyone was an idiot is now gone. From what I remember your mini build got a fantastic reception as well as interest in your other cars, void of "idiots". I use: www.miniresource.com - Pretty much how I know everyone that I know in the Mini community. We often have the biggest Mini turn out at Irish shows - great social aspect to the forum. www.mlni.co.uk - Northern Irish Mini Club - great bunch of people www.ni-minis.co.uk - Another Northern Irish Mini club www.irishminis.ie - Southern irish mini club - mostly use it for the for sale section forums.overclockers.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=14 - OCUK motors forums - full of fools who think Mondeos are the best cars in the world. There are a few that make posts worth reading, but most of them post here too.

Sorry to be harsh mate but its the way i feel. There were too many people who thought they know what they were talking about who relly didnt have a clue! The whole mini scene is the same. I think i know the guy who you are refering to. One of the 'flat cap' bregade iirc. Allways trying to tell you what you 'should' be doing!
I attualy had a little chat with one of the admin from minirecourse at RCS last year and they pretty much agreed that the forum was in a very bad way (there words were even more colourful than mine!) and that memebers name was mentioned.
I visit occasionaly, I'm not sure how much its has changed exactly but minis relly annoy me and i try not to post for fear of offending people! sorry! :/
