Been threatening to do this one for a bit. I've come up from Manchester once before in my grey Amazon a few years ago.
I'm not clear on where you're having it exactly, and at what time. Meadowhall's pretty big - which bit do you have it in?
Hope a 460 Turbo's OK.

i'll be there in the van and me mates coming in his g40,might come in carlton next time..dugong I useualy try to get there for about 18:30/19:00 to get a space,i've got there later acouple of times and it been a pain trying to get a space it's where toys r us and mc donalds are pal on a6178 (sheffield rd\atterclffe common)hope that helps i hope the weather keeps off  |

as said above,good meet great selection of cars/vans I went. In my Volvo. That torque steered up the Woodhead Pass. In the rain. Whilst being tailgated by a Honda Odyssey. However, I didn't realise who you were until I walked past you at the McDonalds. I'll throw some pictures up when I get chance. |

I wasn't criticising like, just pointing out it usually gets a really good turn out, which the pics didnt show so well. quite a treck usually a fun road if the traffic is on your side. No no, I realise that mate, it was packed out when I got in and it stayed that way for about 20 minutes. It then began to hammer it down, many folk piled into the McDonald's and lots of people left. I think the Woodhead would be spectacular in the dry heading east into Sheffield under a setting sun. I'll come next time and try to get there before 8PM. Without that articulated lorry crawling along I reckon I'd have got there for about 7.30. My Volvo should have some nicer wheels and the scabby door mirrors sorted out by then. |
