You will often find cars with power steering, especially rear wheel drive will wear an edbe of the tyre, this is due to winding the steering round while slow speed and the tire being pushe along slightly as it try's to turn.
A full lazer alignment can cost about £80, however they must set the rear up straight first and the track the front as all readings are done from the rear wheels.
It's amazing the diference it makes when it's set up right, it's also shocking how many are adjustable at the rear but never done, i work in a body shop for a living so spend plenty of time doing this sort of thing.
