This was in my Fugitive when I bought it and was helping me get around with a big grin all last summer.
I was originally going to fit some new barrels and pistons to make it a 1641 but a newly rebuilt 1641 with some extra tuning parts found me, so this is now surplas. I was intending to keep it as a 'spare' engine but would rather have the space and the money at the moment.
It does smoke a bit, so new piston rings are probably needed, but there is no end play and it is a good solid engine. I had no hesitation in running to Birmingham & back in January (200 mile round trip) and it also did a few other long journeys last year as well as letting me blast around the Pembrokeshire countryside during my 2 week holiday.
You are buying the complete long block....basically what you see in the pics. All the tinware & ancilliaries went back onto the Fugitive with the new engine.
