A Mercedes 450 SEL 6.9 would be an interesting choice, for that money you could get a mint one. But you'd spend more than that on petrol!
MG ZT would be a more usable car. Or perhaps a Mondeo ST220? Alfa 156 V6?

somthing really boring, reliable, good on fuel and not interesting to thieves. Then buy a totally insane project car for the weekends.

Audi A8 Quattro sport Might even get an S8 for that if you look hard enough V8 4wd Luxo Heaven BMW 5 7 or 850 in black with drug dealer windows ;D Exactly what I would say, in nearly the same order!! Might add a 944 S2 or a raggy 911 to the list as well
