New Year, new weight-loss drive. Which means lots of walking, and therefore lots of snooping up peoples driveways retro-spotting ;D A five mile walk earlier yielded these: This guy is into his old smokey Rollers, has been for years: Notice the distinctly non-factory wheel trims for bonus "don't care" points Early Bay: Tatty Capri, with a rad problem judging by the large number of water bottles on the back seat:

Nearly extinct now: Woo! I know where the owner lives now! Wish I didn't to be honest, must make sure that whenever I venture near I leave any pens or paper at home: Every spotted post needs one of these: Sorry-looking Mk2 GTI, perfect for some rat-racer touches: and a GLEAMING 240 Estate: There are more round here, but they were all elsewhere! I'll add them over the coming weeks as I capture them

I think those 'trimz' are off a late-model, povo-spec Mongdeo.

Yeah, I think they are mondeo ones. I also think that they are odd, I'm sure one wheel has a vauxhall tirm on. I shall go back and investigate further ;D The blue one up the drive used to drive round on black steelies!

Not suprisingly I recognise most of those from around here Darren! I always have a chuckle to myself at the two-tone Rolls with plastic wheel trims, top class stuff - 'don't care' points as you say ;D

But there was nothing today. Maybe in a day or so Also, there's the yellow Stag at the Black Horse, but I forgot about that one!

Cool pics Now whenever I see a Reliant I think of that advert that was posted in the Women and adverts post a week or so ago, makes me laugh ;D Anyway, anyone else think Out and about/Scrapyard Pics should be made into a sticky post?

how about a seperate forum for them?
i usually don't participate in these, as i rarely have a camera (my phone only has a povo- 0.003megapixel one that's covered in fluff and flakes out at the first sign of cloud) but i have to tell you that as i was cycling home from work on sunday, i was passed by a fully rally-spec on-way-to-next-stage condition Lancia 037.
Quite probably it was a replica, i'm not doubting, but it nearly made me fall off my bike in amazement. stuck out like a sore thumb at the junction further up, in a queue with a few Golfs, mondeos, astras etc.

Loving the BBS Le Mans wheels- dream wheels for my M3 but rather hard to justify on the ££ front.
