Cheers guys, unfortunately being the weekend I won't be able to find anything else out too much until at least tomorrow (Monday) so yes, I am a bit nervous about it all but we will see, I won't give up without a fight if it comes to it.

well done on keeping your cool... skylines are offically the coolest cars in the world and if somebody drove into mine theyd receive a DAMN good slapping  (this of course will happen when i get one lol) |

Cheers guys, unfortunately being the weekend I won't be able to find anything else out too much until at least tomorrow (Monday) so yes, I am a bit nervous about it all but we will see, I won't give up without a fight if it comes to it. as far as I'm aware they need your permission to write it off. and if they do try that i THINK you can argue with them and get the offered amount - resale value of the car in order to get you the cash then fix it yourself. DO NOT let them take it away from you!! there was a fella in england i heard about - his skoda was rearended - immaculate but they wrote it off as it was an old car, just needed new lights and rear panel which is like a £200 job including labour and shipping... |
