Falcon speedster is neat. Bit of a "Motorvation" feel to it. Also like the detail on that triple SU'd Holden (FJ?) and that last sedan is sooooo clean and with a W motor

Thanks for the photos, very nice! Such a shame I couldn't make it this year, perhaps next time.
No, blowers are extremely expensive here but very popular for Summernats entrants. If you have a blown car then you MUST bring it to Summernats, Powercruise and similar events as you will be hassled regularly by the police if you drive it on the street on any normal day!

Blowers have always played a big part in the event, probably something to do with its 80s roots (no pun intended).
Matter of fact the official video of the first few events was released with the sub-title "Blowers, Boobs and Burnouts"

Summernats launched at the peak of the Pro-Street era and the Pro-Street cars never left! Street Machine Magazine and the Summernats do still live in the '80s in some ways, although the quality and budgets of the cars have increased somewhat!

I went to the 2002 show, and I'm still smiling message to everyone on here: you simply MUST go to this show at least once in your lives, nothing in the UK even comes close - summernats is out there. I hope it hasn't changed since I went, because all the cars shown above will be doing sideways burnouts all night after it gets dark and theres something about joining a crowd of people you don't know holding a 700HP car on either side to stop it sliding into the barrier while it revs to 7K+ and spinning the tyres to the wires
