that I like.
I had a similar vision for a '71 or '72 a while ago.
I know the stuff like the BOSS429 and such are being repopped now (not by Ford) as a converson for the stock production block but I've not seen a repro'd SOHC anywhere (which doesn't mean there isn't one)

Big HUGE slice of major OOOF! Nice to see a modern conversion that has resisted massive shiny bling wheels with rubber bands sprayed over the rims. Perfect size rim choice, nice amount of rubber with some baloon, spot on offset, amazing stance and all finsihed off with fantastic colour choice on a lovely wheel design. This is how modern muscle should look in my eyes. Needs nothing. I was nodding all the way till you said offset ;D I think the wheels stick in about an inch too far which really looses some of the awsome stance. Otherwise its stunning

I've not seen a repro'd SOHC anywhere (which doesn't mean there isn't one) Yep, there is, with a commitment to being able to offer complete motor kits eventually. At the moment the major parts are available. There's now enough guys with repro A/FX T-Bolts etc that the market exists to do this.

just to be a pedant, 71-2's had a nice slim metal bumper it was the 73 that got the crash reg spec large plastic bumper... also 71/2's had a slightly more aggressively styled grill panel with a bit more rake to it, the 73 looked much flatter from the front... ... I'll just show my colours as a pedantic Mustang anorak by mentioning that my 71 Mach1 429sjc had the plastic bumper, the chrome ones were usually found on the Grandee/notch-back versions. Here's a pic for my nit-picking sins (not my car, I must scan some in, but it was yellow and pretty close to this)
