I've buckled the lip on one of my wheels avoiding crashing into a lamp post.

Um, windscreen washer fluid froze up. That's about the limit of my issues thankfully!

I had a fun drive to work in my wifes Ka (which is normally a giggle for a 05 plate shopping trolly) with no heater as the control valve is stuck in the off position. Windscreen kept wanting to freeze, on the inside! I was froze after the hour itr took to get to work

only problems i've had is being delayed by all the morons who have no clue as to how to control a car in the snow and ice other than that the old golf GTI has been fantastic not got stuck or slid out of control once

My driver's door was frozen to the running board this morning on the bug, locks have also frozen up a bit as has the inside of the windscreen.

I just had to pour hot water into all the locks on the mini to get into it, then found thick ice on the inside of all the windows, and inch long icicles. It started up nice and easy though, and I did a couple of little jobs on it because it's going tomorrow Currently sat with a 1200w fan heater where the back seats would be on an extension to dry it out inside. Not looking to getting it down the steep drive. Compacted snow and cut slicks (a032r) aren't really an ideal combination!

Been enjoying the good weather myself, was in the French Alps last weekend and seemed to have brought the snow back with us. Many of you will probably know this but rub some Vaseline around your door seals and it'll stop them from freezing together

Use something like gummy pfledge instead, or an Autoglym treatment

The doors won't shut on the triumph when frozen for some reason, and then I managed to lock the keys in it with the engine running and no spare, but thankfully the locks are 70's rubbish, so I managed to break into it again in a couple of minutes with an old padlock key

We've had no car probs in the snow, i did have a stopping issue this morning on the way to the country park for sledging, driving down an icy lane and saw a couple of cars stopped, took a while for me to stop, the back of the truck kept trying to overtake the front so i had to keep letting off the brakes to get straight again as its a narrow lane with ditches and no kerbs. hold up was caused by two 7.5 tonners that had tried tio pass each other and got wedged, they had slid into each other and couldnt move, it was super icy though, luckily we were in the mazda so i whacked it into 4x4 and managed to turn round without getting stuck in the ditches.

So far my saff's battery decided to call it a day saturday morning! It did well, it's always been too small for the car, been on there at least the two years i've owned it, the car gets used once or twice a week and has an alarm constantly taking juice! Fair play.
Other problem at work is my lorry has been plauged with freezing pipes to the washer jets on the wiper arms. Also plauged with slow delivery turn around times and no night heater!

I´m guessing here but i think Gummi Pflege was meant and that´s german for "Rubber care" which is a small bottle of fluid that cleans rubberseals and stops them from sticking in winter Only snow issue we had is that the "new" tracktoy is bogged in... so it´s now staying where it is until the snow thaws
