All this is IIRC BTW ;
Drivers of note:
Joachim Winkelhock - retired from racing. Has a crane recovery business I think ?
Steve Soper - retired on medical grounds about 4 years ago
Paul Radisich - survived a very bad crush about 3 years ago. Still recovering ? Double world champion at the time.
John Cleland - dead ?
Julian Bailey - dunno
Will Hoy - dead
Alain Menu - WTCC ?
David Leslie - dead
Tim Harvey - races in the Nippon challenge. Presume semi-retired ?
Patrick Watts - etired ? Likes a bit of classic rallying.
Matthew Neal - dunno. Still racing ?
Jan Lammers - dunno
Rickard Rydell - WTCC ?
James Thompson - Dunno. BTCC ? WTCC ?
Roberto Ravaglia - Dunno.
James Kaye - Dunno. Still racing ?
Andy Rouse - Retired from racing in '95 I think. Attends the odd retro Ford do.
Tiff Needell - 5th Gear innit. Never did that well during the 2ltr years, although he drove "last years" Primera.
Gabriele Tarquini - WTCC ?
Giampiero Simoni - Dunno. WTCC ?
Missing from the list is Keith O'Dor in the Nissan Primera (son of Jan, as in Janspeed) - died in 1995 in a DTM race after being hit by Frank Biela's Audi. Very sad. Apparantly was on the live coverage at the time.
The Alfa 155 and Cavalier are 1995 spec in those pictures btw. And the Renny 19 16v ran in 1993. This was the year Alfa entered with their "spoiler in the boot" Silverstone special editions that stretched the rules to the limit, and were banned mid season.
