looks like a new one was on the cards in 1998, c'mon reliant this could save you (are they still going?), put my name down on the list for one please . nope, they where sold off, i think BN plastics own the name..... but nothing else. Has anyone seen the pink one? It looks awesome! what this pink one? that ones in america i think - i expect the pink one they mean is a lighter kinda 'piggy' pink with white doors and seats.

Wow! The driver of that first Bug looks rather dashing The 4 wheel Bug in the first pictures uses a mini subframe. It was Webster Motor Company who made 24 Bugs with 4 wheels. They were also available as a kit but they werent popular enough for the business to take off. This one isnt a Webster Bug, they are vastly differnt. In fact that modern looking Bug in the photo lower down the page looks like one. They have Robin/Rialto mechanicals and look pretty naff compared to the original. DarrenW - any chance you could find out more precisely where that abandoned Bug is? There may be a reward in it for you if I can recover it!
