Well, its local.
Its cheap.
It can't sell for more than a ton.
318 out of my Plynouth would go nice in there and leave me with a suitable excuse to get a big block to go in the plymouth.
In theory.
In reality it just means more dead cars for longer.

Rough body and no engine and box... where do I sign?! ;D Personally I think you should resist. Even by dropping the Plymouth lump in it and making it a complete car there's still all the bodywork to do, plus all the other odds and sods that come with buying a fixer-upper. It does look very cool though!

Aye, and I've *just* spotted Darren is selling the Ventora! I need another one of them in my life, I think. I need sponsorship. Or sedation.

Not that I'm in any position to advise anyone about projects, but...
The general concensus in such situations is to honestly appraise your 'collection' and decide which your 'favourite' is, then sell everything else and use the proceeds to finish off your prime choice.
In this situation, I'd advise the creation of an exact replica of the above photo...

Hey Mr Sommerset, I was just thinking I'd not seen you around for a while.
Anyone be able to stash this for me for a wee while if I bought it? It can't come home right now... I'm going to go have a look at it later. I've nearly bought an Aspen coupe about 3 times now so one has to stick eventually...
I also have pretty much all the stuff "in stock" which I'd need to do it.
