Hi All. sorry for lack of communication, Easter hols have come and gone so its all back to the workshop!
Just an update for you all. Postage has become a real pain now! I'm still keeping UK P+P at £6 (should be £8.50)
but economy airmail is now £30 to all EU countries due to the size of the box, not the weight (1kg all in full set of arches and heavy box!)
and I can't reduce any more the overall size. I'll keep you all posted I'm currently looking for cheaper alternatives.

Fronts is just a case of holding the arch in position then marking around the outer edge. Measure 20mm inside this and mark another line all the way round, then chop along this line with a grinder. Rears will be a similar process, but the inner and outer arches will need to be split, the outer cut then the inner reshaped and welded back together.
Its a service I'm now offering through my business, PM me for details if needed.
