Model: Citroen 2CV6 Special Year: 1986 Mileage: 80k-ish Tax: 0 MOT: 3.5 months Location: Northamptonshire Price: £600 ono OK so its with heavy heart but unfortunatly empty pockets I put this up for sale. FiFi as she was christened by her one and only previous owner has been my daily 2CV until march this year, never let me down and cruised all day at 65-75mph, which for a 2CV is damn good  Replacement chassis fitted 10 years ago, new roof 3 years ago, Recent discs and pads, service etc BX front seats for extra comfort, electronic ign etc etc all the stuff that make them really useable. She is very solid in all the right places, bulkhead and bonnet hinge are great, has a couple of small holes in passenger front floor and boot boot floor, it passed last years MOT like this (cos these are body on seperate chassis) Ive not used her daily since march and not at all apart from start up and potter round since end may when tax expired. We all know cheaper 2CV's are getting very hard to find and this one has taken me to cornwall, wales etc etc with no problems at all, if taxed I would happily drive anywhere at all tomorrow. Being honest, shes starting to look scruffy around sills, door bottoms etc, but its just that scruffy in the main, good weekend cleaning and tidying would make a world of difference. Will need a pir of tyres soon too (available for 30 quid each new for toyos) She has a tow bar, yes a towbar on a 602cc car, I used my old one to tow a trailer tent to scotland, so its no bother towing So join the tin snail fun, slam it, use it and ejoy it, you know its what all the cool kids are doing.      |

I love it! cant remember the last time I saw one this cheap, it's on my 'must own list' sadly not to be fulfilled right at the moment though, by the time I can afford it and get round to it the prices will be like the damn VW beetles, and i kinda prefer the Dyans....

Ruinous Bargain Alert. Sit on it a while Matt, there are many many RR'ers en route to Somerset for the weekend, but I'm sure this will sell like wildfire when they get back.
Buy, slam, enjoy. There's nothing else to it.
If I had the money I'd be re-aquainting it with your old Dyane on my drive, rather than at your gaff!!!

I've just noticed the points-assisted set-up you've got fitted to it. Is that staying on?
Have nothing but good things to say about mine, fitted by one Stinkwheel. Keeps the points happy and car runs an absolute treat.
