Model: BMW 316 e21 (MK1) Year: 1981 Mileage: 107000ish Tax: 0 MOT: 0 Location: Bolton Price: 500 ono Additional Information: Right, to cut a long story short I bought this as a second car to play with on the way home from buying it it stopped, now I have found out why (after replacing all the rockers and shafts then retiming!) that number four piston has a hole in it I have sourced a good engine but cant be bothered to fit it now after all the messing. The car itself is REALLY solid underneath but there is some scabs here and there outside, all in all really nice looking reto ride that needs a little bit more time. REGISTRATION HAS BEEN VALUED AT £500!!!

:-O Stunning! **wonders whether to sack off repairing the sils on the M535i..... then I'd have a spare engine! haha. Unless you wanna buy a citroen c1 off me I am not really in the market for another car but she is very nice indeed! Good luck - for that price someone should snap your hand off for it! :-D

Looks very nice, I've been after a 2002 for years, but these look similar.

Eventually people are gonna realise the value of e21's and their value will go up and match the 2002's. Someone is gonna get a bargain here. If you were nearer I'd get it and drop an e30 318is lump in it.

Yes indeed, should be landing on my driveway this evening! I've been scouring E21.net for info all weekend I imagine I'll be posting various silly questions on there in the coming weeks

Good stuff! Glad its been saved and going to be back on the road where it belongs. Just needs a 60mm suspension drop to go along with that new engine.
Keep us posted!
