	Nope deffo not standard , it was a Van but was converted by a company called restall sometime before 1974 , suspension is lowered , Chamois dash , twin headlight front panel ala Imp sport , XR2 seats , engines is one I rebuilt , rebored +30 and running Spitfire twin SUs , oil cooler and a sport cam ,front and rear bumpers are US spec , rear grill is home made. 	Heres a few piccys of the Commer when i first got it , couldnt get the bonnet to line up no matter what , turned out it had been in a prang at some point and was botched up somewhat , so with the help of a mate ( he with fag ) did this way back in 1992

	Not the best comparison Dave but Glen had this Imp a while back with black Wellers.

Rear seat folds down then down again if that makes any sence giving a full flat load area of 50 cubic feet , and about a 1/4 of a tonne weight limit , rear seat by these people , penny numbers left

	Cool, i like. I'm sure this drove down my road a few weeks ago, if it wasn't this one it was another one in the same blue colour. A guy at the end of my road has a few Imps and races them too, i think he is called Paddy, someone you know?

Thank for the kind comment nope it wasnt me and ive no memory of Paddy although I may know him , trouble is theres four different versions of these , they all look the sameish but "erm" arnt basically Hillman or Commer Van , early or late Hillman Husky and Commer or Hillman Restall conversions , I'm confused just typing it

	Ive decided after asking some advise from fellow impers that this would look better with no grill between the headlights , so its gone , left the front badge , would look to blank otherwise . www.daagl.eclipse.co.uk/impclub/no grill2.jpg[/img]
