Forgot I had this, it was behind a temporary wall it ran too spot the rxs! Snow Silly sound out of that pipe, I was 17 again just revving it Had to extend this, no more bodergy! To get that rear wheel in required some engeering. This is pretty much where that fairing will end up, but most of the lowers/sides will be chopped off. Skinny! big difference from my daily cbr600 well it's taken a few weeks to get this far, soon it will have red bodywork and dark gold wheels, next year (have to enjoy it while the summer is here) the engine will be whipped out and tuned a bit (bored out 71%,30mm carb, f*&$ing huge reed cage, 22hp hopefully) What do you think?

I love the cafe racer look, should be a fun bike, that should bring a big grin everytime you ride it. Keep it going and more pics as they come. Enjoy it.
Cheers,
Stu.

That's what I want my garden to look like!! ;D My missus wouldn't see me for weeks on end!
I want another project now!
Is that an old TY or DT Yamaha next to the window in the first pic? I'd love another one of those.

thats a dt400, totally fecked, siezed many times, fingers missing from the clutch, scared to look at the gearbox, theres even a piece of wood where the kickstart shaft used to be. I didn't do any of these things and will be finding a nice place for the engine soon. after I stuff that ypvs350 engine into a cbr250 frame( also in the first pic) Did a little bit more to rxs today but camera was dead. thanks for the supportive comments everyone

You should open that garden up as a tourist attraction for RR-ers! I never would have thought of doing that with an RXS - awesome job!

Thanks for the offer si, I'm building a 171cc but I may be still interested. Spent some time welding today, One more thing done. went shopping for bits, air filters, bar ends and shocks, will be trying to mount a set of honda monkey bike shocks, there uprated over standard so hopefully they will be enough for me if they don't work for me my dad can use em on this Early pushrod 50,now sporting a loncin 110. @hairnet: lol but which suzuki 125?

micron? picked it up years ago and it was for a kh125, had to weld it to the rxs downpipe. Indians still have loads of rxs's, try www.team-bhp.com/forum/motorbikes/ for places to buy.

Shinys have been received (ya I know, pink? tsk) and installed. As you can see because of the rain i couldn't take the bike out for an overall shot, brother would have killed me for making the tank rusty
