My Rebel comes off road very soon and it will be recieving a new coat of paint. Original colour is BLMC Blaze I was going to paint it RAL2004 as on the landy BUT.... I have been thinking of the Ford electric orange as on the Focus ST and a mini I found sooooo.. opinions please

The original colour is very similar to my Clio 182 but you cannot go wrong with bright orange THE colour for retro wheels Ford Signal Orange is a cracker.

1L ground coat + 1L Electric orange base coat @ £65 on egay, laquer @ £40, against landy orange in stock... mmm a ton for a ton of fun

Volkswagen Bright Orange. Comes from the same era as the vehicle too. As near as damnit the colour the RAC use for their vans.

This might be my favorite orange car... it's not mine but it;s what I'm working towards (need to find me an Alpina front spoiler) Second favourite but a better representation of the colour (I've never been a massive fan of the turbo flares but this one nearly changed my mind )

It does need a respray, it was painted by someone who does not believe in prep It was also mashed by a courier before christmas who smashed the rear drivers corner in Body coming off, chassis weld and paint, body repair and paint. refit with new bits ;D This thread has convinced me to stick with orange ;D ASBO, like the nick name so I may well go with that. Sorry but the original is a bit yuk, a sort of burnt orange Want BRIGHT Thank you to everyone for the great pics ;D ;D
