Thank you guys.... Here is a little update. Over the weekend, I have worked on few wirings and others. I have been working on mk1 Swift Gti wiper motor with it's switches but with Citroen AX single wiper. www.facebook.com/atsushi.kimura.737/videos/10156088886387991/?l=3788292749604557241After that I tidied up wiring under the scuttle panel. Then weld in actual scuttle panel to the rest of body. I can now work on actual front screen to be fitted! Cheers Atchi

Hi, While I'm getting my roll cage made, I have been busy making my bonnet. I had a steel bonnet with air vents and so on but I found out that it will cool my radiator but send warm air into my engine. So I dug out my GRP bonnet which has a Metro vent in but I wanted to fit a RS turbo vent just behind my radiator. First I cut out hole for a turbo vent to fit and take out a Metro vent Then I used GRP patty to fill the gap and reused what I have cut out for the hole left with Metro vent. I will be sanding down and use filler to make it neat and flash. Cheers Atchi

So during last month, I have been waiting for my mate Dave to bend me roll cage CDS tubings. He is a busy man but he managed to make it for me. Mean while he was busy making me it, I fitted my rear boot set up. Then all the fun started with my roll cage! Gaset I made and welded in with my cage. I can start building my dash then wiring! Cheers Atchi

Hi, I'm working hard to get my on the road for Mini 60 IMM this year.... I have managed to get most of my instrument working. Here is my rev counter working. Then I have started to work on my doors and windows. All of my indicator is working also! After recommendation from my mate Dave, I will be fitting LED head light bulbs. I was going to fit HID but LED will be much simpler! Cheers Atchi

So, I have been busy doing as much as I can in little time I got before this summer. First of all, I fit my driver side door. Then I bought LED day light bulbs. I needed to re-wire as I made mess 5 years ago. But finally, I got this! Very bright but you can tell in day time. So, I thought I shall try later! All I need to do is only 1 side of A4! but my list id very small writing for the MOT! Cheers Atchi

Hi, I managed to connect all the wiring for rear lights. Then I fitted rear window and infill strip. Then I moved to the front end. I bought these quick clamps to fit my GRP bonnet. I repaired hole I created for single wiper. Then I start to fitted Dzus fittings with frontend. Nearly there!

Today, i have reached mile stone! I have been working on the front screen opening for last 4 years after finding out I couldn't fit standard screen. I changed bottom scuttle panel and top bit in and weld and gently persuaded metals. I used a rollacage cross member and a jack. It's fit! Nearly there!

IMM is my aim. I don't want 300 miles to be my first journey though!

So, story so far.... Last June, I had a drive to my MOT inspector for him to check over. There were few issues with my car and one of them was heavy torque steers. On my way back, my carbs came off and broke down..... I asked my Hungarian friend to make me a torsen diff. Torsen Diff by Atsushi Kimura, on Flickr I hope this will make my car behave itself. So after my break down, I found out that my vernier cam belt pully came loose. Also, my belt has moved about 3 teeths and now I have a feeling that my valve is bent. So I have to take engine apart to inspect and replace as needed and break gearbox to change diff. Good job we are in "lock down" Cheers Atchi

Well that's unfortunate. Glad to hear you are still alive and progressing with this build though.
