Take some polished stainless steel tubes. Make jig to hold said tubes. Weld to stainless base at a jaunty angle.  Add some wire and bulbs...     Now where did I get the idea for this shape from  |

What bulbs /fittings are in the tubes? I had a similar tube light idea,but couldnt find any lights bright enough.
