Hi all...
Spurred on by the pork based modification posted up by Jonny69, I thought I would share some of my culinary modifications.
On a fairly regular basis, me a some friends get together and have a booze up. At the same time, we usually make some kind of food.
The other night we endulged in one of our favourite pass times, making super-sized food to feed a small army, and this time, a burger was on the cards.... but not just any burger...
this burger consisted of 1000 grams of minced beef....
one large onion
some bread cumbs and an egg, all formed into a large square tin
The bun was also a custom affair, made and baked from scratch
The burger was then oven cooked, along with the bun and some grilled bacon (grilled is more healthy... mmmmkay)
We also knocked up some realish out of tomato sauce, bbq sauce, brown sauce, worchestershire-ire sauce, onion and chilli
so... putting it all together......
Serving suggestion
Needless to say, we are always pleased with the outcome
Fueled by the bestest of bestest booze...
tesco own brand strong dry cider...
If you are into strongbow ( I know, not a good start) but if you are, strong dry is a fantastic alternative, at less than half the price, but at 5.3% its all good!
