this is mainly aimed at HTW, and the NE massive.
are we doing the same as last year and splitting the country into regions?
I'm assuming this will be the case, as i think it made it a bit easier for the organizing crew.
if so I'm going to have to gracefully bow out of organizing the NE region, due to too much on my plate to be able to do it this year.
