Think they're about the same height and width but I'm not sure how deep the Vauxhall one is, being only for a 1.5 You'd probably do better performance-wise with the Sierra one, case of what fits where

Serious Thread . . . I've just read the whole lot! Some good original work going on there, I wish I had a shed like that! I'm over the water next week and picking up a load of bits for my Chevanne while I'm there, I might have to give you a shout next time I'm over and come and look at this beastie! Bizarrely I was talking to a guy yesterday that has a load of brand new old stock genuine viva parts, inc new wings etc, so if you get stuck for anything give me a shout as he may have it. Good luck with it

I think it was coggers, via the Viva forum, that pointed me in the direction of my superflex polybushes. Think the droopsnoot group get a 15% discount if you sign up to their forum. Should be a relevent thread for purchases.
Or, as I did, Motorsport World also have a discount if you buy from then. In the end the full car, excluding AR bar, came to just under £400. Although I accidentally got the full set of polybushes for the shocks even though I had brand new shocks to put on anyway, so could've got it lower

same friction plate 18 spline
only omega ones 3 mm bigger in diameter
when i started this thread i was going to use a 8 valve block with a red top head
now i am using an eco wrec with a turbo
the only real difference is omega is hydrolic carlton is cable
and the ratios
i think the 2.5 v6 omega one will take more abuse than a 1.8 carlton one
as for the flywheel yes for the time being it will be a std vxr one
