I've got a big whale tail G&S skateboard at home with big 1980's wheels. It was mint when I got it and I feel a bit bad about getting it to the state it's in now because it's probably quite rare. Ah well ;D

up until a few years ago i had a skate shop I was into power kites and needed a sideline to go with it so along came kite n sk8 lol ran for about 5 years, local kids loved it but there was not enough trade still got some odd stuff around. I did a bit of skating mid to late 70s but was mainly into bikes, got a couple of long boards but not been on em for a while and was never that good in the first place .

That hook-up's deck is well cool.. I skated for about 9 years and have been off a board for maybe 5. had a lil go last year and struggled to get anything back, it seems strange but i got my switch tricks back a lot easier than any regular stuff.. weird huh.... a few war wounds from back then still play me up... knee's shot now and broke my big toe n its locked in place so board's in the loft for now. might take it to retro show at santa pod as they had some ramps 1 year...i think
