Polish it? Are you mad? If it wasn't such a curse word of a frame maybe Well, I now have an undercoated rear end, although only two coats of it. Going to get a few more cans and give it a few more coats before applying the finish. Also picked up these bad boys for £100, stantion guards are on the way over too and will be sprayed the same colour as the frame. And made a start on the frame, I've almost finished stripping now with only a couple of small hard to get patches to go.....planned to finish it on Sunday but a heavy Saturday night and the smell of Nitromorse would have made me a very poorly boy So yeah, it's on tonights list of jobs to do. Also thinking of knocking a small mud guard up of sorts, nothing fancy though.

heheh, I'm such a slack barsteward. Only started to put it back together last night, so here's how it's looking at the moment.... All Primed up Best use for an old set of Boxxers... Sprayed up And the rebuild finally..... I've got some decals on the way for the stantions, so they're not going to be in your face green either....

Looks good very Moto X. Was there any probs painting it as you used nitromors? How did you clean the Nitro off? I've got a full can looking at me and a Santa Cruz needing stripping

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

Nope, no problems. Just got to give the fame a good clean down with White spirits and a rag afterwards.

Was gonna say, thos X-vert carbons for sale?? Unfortunately not squire, they belong to a friend who loaned them to me while his back's getting fixed. Bike's off to Poland now courtesy of the 'bay. Rode it, didn't like it, sold it. New rig is sat in my bike stand waiting to be built up now.....Retro(ish) and made from steel..... Edit: Piccy of how it turned out in the end. Fork guards went back to black after the paint pretty much 'fell off', teach me not to laquer them....
