... What on earth is going on here?
Best described as a sort of Bosozoku-meets-bikes for rap-with-revs.
I wasn't quite sure where to post this, it's not a readers other modification but it's not a car either.

I'm sure someone will fill you in, but as far as a I can recall thats how Bosozoku started. Bike gangs etc.

the Hamster on Top Gear had a shot in a F1 car
they connected it to a computer and made it play a tune
also James May sampled exhaust notes into a keyboard to play a tune
