The bodywork is staying the same colour but with a purple metal flake also getting a few bits chromed and possibly some custom graphics or airbrushing

OK so I’m back with another update on project Znen, fired her up for the first time today! Still needs a bit of fine tuning but I’m very happy with the results the thing flys along now, still not had a top speed run but I can confirm that the acceleration has been improved 10 fold! Didn’t fit the uprated CDI and as I wasn’t very impressed with the build quality plus I don’t think they would make much difference anyway. Also yet to fit the gear up kit because I wanna see what its like without first sometimes gear up kits aint worth installing. Engine build was a doddle the 170cc kit and uprated transmission parts went on sweet as a nut and I haven’t even dialed in the 30mm carb yet but it runs really well as is. I think it was Yellow Scooter who asked for a guide on fitting and tuning the OKO carb but in all honestly all we’ve done so far is attach the carb and fire it up, it ran fine first time but I’m still gonna have a little play with it Anyway heres a few sneak peeks, in the near future I’m gonna get some video footage comparing my Firenze to a standard one, you gotta hear it as well it sounds crazy. BTW the whitewall paint is coming off ASAP and I gotta few more cosmetic bits planned for the engine so its still a work in progress…………………       I took some pictures by night as the metal flake really comes alive when the light hits it. I’ve also removed the rear luggage rack which gives it a much nicer look IMO You may notice it has one white tyre and one black, they will both be going back to black until I source some proper white walls. Anyways heres the latest pics           Still got quite a few bits to do |
