My 190e of course... Technically I was sort of given the engine - it paid for itself after I scrapped the rest of the car

I would put it in this: Pot Roast Prep: 15 minutes Cook: 2 hours 45 minutes Serves: 8 Ingredients: 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 4 -pound beef bottom round roasts or chuck pot roast 2 cups V8® 100% Vegetable Juice (Regular or Low Sodium) 1/8 tsp. garlic powder OR 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper 6 medium potatoes, cut into quarters (about 6 cups) 6 medium carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces (about 3 cups) 2 medium onions, cut into wedges 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour Directions: Heat the oil in a 6-quart saucepot over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until it's well browned on all sides. Pour off any fat. Add 1 3/4 cups vegetable juice, garlic powder and black pepper to the saucepot and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 1 hour 45 minutes. Add the potatoes, carrots and onions. Cover and cook for 45 minutes or until the beef is fork-tender. Remove the beef and vegetables to a platter. Stir the flour and remaining vegetable juice in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth. Stir the flour mixture in the saucepot. Increase the heat to medium-high. Cook and stir until the mixture boils and thickens. Serve with the beef and vegetables. Although: I do manufacture the bracketry for sticking a V8 into the Capri!!!

The one on the left..... Primarily because I've been there before......... ......and what fun it was! Tremendous mid-range acceleration, 60 in under 6 seconds (short gearing) and over 30 to the gallon! (EFi). 30-70: 2nd gear launch with no traction: .......and more on there Great little car like that. Shame they never went that route factory. Hillarious combination

i'd like to 'stick' one in my sierra, although to be honest i'd prob go for the more traditional method of using engine mounts and steelwork. I imagine the xr8 was quite a beast! capri's are good for v8's ...cue more pic whoring... EDIT lewis- that launch vid was ace!

The obvious answer is drop in into the Aircraft carrier ;D but iam currently thinking of dropping a spare RV8 I have lying around into something a little like this; or maybe this but I need to get a few jobs sorted on other cars before I have the space or the time

Most things I'd want with a V8 in would already have one - or would at least come from a range of cars that had them. S'pose I could say Model A

I'd like to build a V8 with a PTO for household chores, so you could run a washing machine, power washer, Magherita mixer... Just the everyday stuff. I'll have it when I build my aircraft hanger, so I can wheel it about and plug it into whatever I want. I'll leave the top fuel motor for Sunday use

I've always had weird thoughts about putting a V8 in one of these old barges: The venerable Cav GSI. No idea why I should still like them, I drove a friends one and didn't like it much!
