Anyone on here make pixel cars? Just had an attempt at editing a current one. Didn't like the proportions of the existing on so I decided to "choro" it. Before: After: I know its not exactly a massive Photoshop, but meh, I've never been the best at this Photoshop malarkey!

Ick, PCA. PCA is essentially the red headed stepchild of the pixeling sites. That's where all the n00b, not newbies, go and think they're hot curse word. Over on PCF, we're harsh at first, but take it all as constructive critisism. Unless it's from angry n00bs(we have a few), then just ignore them, lol.

The bases are all done pixel by pixel usually from copying blueprints. Then the modding which is what most people do is again done pixel by pixel editing the base. Takes time and a hell of a lot of practise to get right.

Do you have the original Starlet base? My skills have never progressed to your level, you'll have to give me a tutorial sometime. In fact if you have any retro Japanese bases it'd be good.

I only "squashed" the base so I couldn't make one like the first image.
But if I can find a base for the cars you want, I'll have a go at squashing them.

The starlet never had a base, I drew it up as a tune from the get go. >.< I guess I could try and convert it back to a stock one though. I could try and make a KK Amazon and Piazza.

I've realised now that the KK bit referers to the squished style pixel cars, but what does it stand for, please tell me its not krushed kars.
And how do this style fit into the pixel car "ethos", I've had a peruse of both the forums mentioned and they seem to be almost fanatical about them being true to scale.

I think KK stands for KuruKuru. I may be wrong.

It stand for Kuru-Kuru which was the screen name of the a Japanese guy who started all this. Edit: Beat me to it lol, oh and a Starlet base would be great.

KK = KuruKuru. The "KK" cars are the original pixelcars.
The original site is shin.bit.ac
