Early Celice that isn't a pile of rust - check. Nice engine swap - check. Few in-keeping body and wheel mods - check. Very very tasty. Bet it gets mistaken for a Yank tank?

Welcome aboard. That's two very nice examples of gen 1 Celica's. I is jealous What does the RA28 handle like with a 1G-GTE in there? A long time ago I looked into importing a 1G-GZE (supercharged version of your engine), but a few conversions I read about said it messed the handling up a bit.

If i got a pound every time someone said " is that a mustang" i could buy one by now I just tell them mustangs are slower and heavier ;D

A long time ago I looked into importing a 1G-GZE (supercharged version of your engine), but a few conversions I read about said it messed the handling up a bit. i would imagine it would be a problem on standard suspension but i have gas shocks hd king springs and lowered as well and there were no major issues , i will be going for 18 inch wheels with 285mm rear and 225 front when finished with the wheel base about 80mm wider so it will be interesting to see how she handles especially with 400~500 horses. iv been following your build (good job) Have you had any issues with handling?

Both cars look awesome, best of luck with all the mods etc.
..Obviously upto you what you do with them, but visually I think they look about perfect at the moment.
Cheers, Greg.
