Almost - every time I used to visit my folks where they used to live in Manchester, there was a raised bit to enter their drive. Always scraped my exhaust on that...

Lol, what is it thats catching then? When I first lowered my E30, it was struggling to get on the verge - I've now scraped a flat patch where I drive up using my sump! (I've got the advantage grass and soil moves when you scrape it, tarmac isn't so forgiving) Bladerunner - Must have been a hell of a lump? And what did they drive? Bearing in mind you've got a Landy

My G40 used to beach itself on my mum's driveway if I went on straight.... up the ramp on the pavement and then the driveway used to slope back down away from the pavement. Had to hit it on a diagnonal otherwise the exhaust would get pushed against the floor and unhook it from the hangers That was only a -40mm kit too but it was still too low to go squarely over the speed cushions on the way to work. Wasn't too bad on the way in, but on a 10pm finish anyone trapped behind me as I wiggle over them at 3mph would get immensely frustrated

Amazing, Ive just been out in the garage all day tinkering, though to myself 'Ill lower that a smidge' then, when I get in from a good days work, this extremely apt thread appears! Yes, I have lowered my car and it wont go up my driveway!

Now I'm not one for French cars as a rule, but that ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ is 'king great!!! Seconded!! C'est fantastique!!! My old mk2 would only go on my drive if I reversed on at an angle, was a right ballache! Funniest was my mates mk3 golf,we lowered it on his drive, then remembered when we came to drive out there was a big concrete bump to get out!Had to actually rip the front of the drive up!!Needless to say his other half was not amused EDIT-If you need any bits for the 'rado I have a whole garage full of stuff, pretty much everything is still there from a black g60 we broke!
