Seeing that makes me miss my old GT550 - great bikes. Nice that it's got braided hoses too - anything you can do to improve the brakes on them is worthwhile!
Look forward to seeing updated pics as time progresses!

Always liked those mags that Kawasaki fitted. A bit like Campagnolo alloy wheels

I love those movies, I have a box set of them but the third film wasn't as good as the first two Watching them as a youngster is what gave me the yearning for a Kawasaki Z, But the 1000/900 are very exspensive even as projects and this one has the general shape and not the cost ;D Been having a good look over it yesterday evening seems to not need much just service the brakes oil and plugs and a rear tyre and it should be ride. Not heard it running yet as the battery was screwed but i will nip out this morning and get some batt water top it up and see if it will charge.

The Goose fairing is very difficult to source apparently. Was just gonna keep it unfaired and battlescarred,
No idea what it will sound like when running it does have a motad neta pipe so maybe it will sound fruity.
Its stood for 3 years so i think it will need the carbs drained and cleaned before its run and i need to dispose of the old petrol in the tank too no idea what i'll do with that yet
