looking good Have you got everything sorted for the engine now? I.e clutch, sump and prop?

think so, prop i need to have modified, got sump on but leaks a bit, need some intake stacks and going to redo engine mounts, need some tilt to clear servo and clutch cylinder.
hows your? not seen any updates latey, how did manifold go?

That is an awesome car!! Really nice balance of mods and an inspired engine choice. I really fancy somethinf with a 4age in it.......maybe a minor.....

got some etch primmer on, will flatten it off tomorrow and try painting ,never sprayed before. had my front clip blasted and powdered coated

As for the axle, I need a decent size 1 for the 2litre engine conversion I'm doing to my ha viva.

engine bay is looking very tidy and so's the front subframe but I'm thinking the stub axle is on the wrong side?

Love the project japkadett, I'm doing something very similar, putting a DOHC NA 4g63 into a chevette wagon. Any details on what you did for a sump? Cheers, keep the awesome work going, and the pictures flowing! .

thanks people, i got inspiration from this site to strip down and clean up engine bay, as i was never planning to restore the car yet, modded the wiper motor round about 30 deg or so to make room for the coil pack to sit on bulk another trick i found on here,
