Modern daily's? Pah, I'm living the dream Although, if I had the space/monies I'd probably have a modern, just to save any relationship between me and my neighbours (the 'scort can be quite noisey at 5.30am ;D) D

This is the Daily and one n only for the past 10 months and will be for another 24 days, the GF will be taking over. This was bought specially for the task, when not so lazy but now, its not as far so can use this again or this! and the current bun is out! Magic!

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

Peugeot 106 1.4 diesel. An engine they apparently stopped making because it was just too slow. On the plus side, I can do regular trips around Ireland without any troubles, and get 60-80mpg depending on how it's driven. Very few problems with it (although the brake lights aren't working...)

Currently my daily driver is a Rover 214S - a car so dull that it is invisible to digital cameras. Hence no pics... It will be replaced (hopefully by the end of the month) with a Clan Crusader... as long as I can get it recommissioned in time. Its been off the road for 20 years! A pic as discovered....

Just cos something is good for you doesn't mean its good for everyone - for example Marmite does not make good Dog Food.

I use all of mine as daily's... Having said that, I commute to work by motorbike (Suzuki GSXR 7/11 'fighter)... My Mrs used the 420SEL all through winter but now she's back on her bike too...

Snipers daily drive is this: And just to be different, I walk everywhere. The school run is impossible to do in a car, I work 5-10 minutes away from home and I don't drive anyway! Before I had the kids, I worked in the town centre, so used the bus everyday.

Here’s my daily. Solid as a rock and good MPG as it’s the TDI. Boring and uninvolving – perfect for my 50 mile commute!
