hello, as mentiond iv just aquired a mini which my brother got but is in my workshop monday (14/5/7) and have started turning it into a trailer, so thoght I would put on the pictures of my progress as I'm doing it if you lot wanted me to. oh and no I don't actualy own a mini but my brother Adam does own a mini 35 in blue, so will be doing the trailer with him in my workshop, he will be at this years london to brighton, the mini 35 has Snake on it and show plates with Snake on so say hi from me if you see him as I'm not alowed to go (wife due, baby). I'm into triumphs mostly myself but love the charm of the mini. also all the jet black is what iv painted on is rust inhibitor, still plent to go, iv been cleaning up bootlid and removing all rust, fillerd it all up, sanded smoth, and als iv beed repairing seams where sill was. and cutting aluminum to replace the bottom of the back door pockets that had rust thats been cut out. next day take out back seat and parcel shelf yesturday cut top and lengh to size

mrs had a baby, hes now 13 weeks old so now am aloud back in workshop, so been cracking on, and done this this week. new indespenshon and cross bar, lighter and better than mini heavy sdubframe. poped in a wooden back for good suport (will cover with metal) put on the arches, coat of spare paint, boarded out base and layed some carpet. keeping batery box to power, converter, cigaret lighter, lights in emergancy, top release solonoide ect.. plus makes for good jump batery if car one dies.

Nice car trailer mate, now all you need is the Mini up front. Doing one myself, made up of a few spare van bits i found lying around the workshop. ..if you insulate it a bit it´ll help keep the beer cool in summer!!
