CONVOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Right peeps, anyone fancy travelling up together?? I'm coming up from Essex (very slowly) on Saturday morning, would anyone care to join me? I'm happy to detour to meet up with peeps as long as it's not too far  Be good if we can get a route and everything sorted! BEWARE: You are at risk of having me befriend you and tag along all day as I have no friends

As long as I've got the MOT on the GT I am hoping to travel up Saturday....I'll have to pay on the gate as I'm not trusting the old bus to get through without some serious tinwork.

Not sure if were leaving friday afternoon or saturday morning yet, but coming from Norwich so Bury meet up don't make sense. If we do travel friday maybe we can meet you on the way.  |

Mind if we join the eastern group as theses no real south east contingent. Would be keen to meet up on the M1 somewhere for the convoy up on friday.

What route do you take Aux? I'm happy to stop and meet people further along, we will be taking the A14 and then up the M1 so anywhere along there will do! Originally i was thinking of going A47 via Peterborough, straight to Leicester, but can be a pig of a drive and navigating Leiceseter is worse. So i may aswell just cruise down the A11 to Newmarket and meet you around there somewhere. Is there a services or such where the A11 meets the A14.. i cant remember? |

Were on for friday, meet you at the fuel station on the A14 just passed Newmarket - first ones after the A11 join A14 i think, one on each side of the road- would about 2.30pm be about right?

Okay I've lurked long enough. I'm London based but may have a work meeting in Ipswich on Friday. I was going to head from the meeting to Mallory on Friday afternoon/evening. As someone has dropped out I now have a spare space in the Minor for 1 person and gear or tat that needs taking to the show.
I also have a spare advance weekend ticket if anyone wants to make an offer.
Oh, any chance of one of them stand passes please?
