been busy today and brought the inthusasim right back up!  |

New wheel.  Needs a re paint and a centre cap but it was free Found this after i attacked with a screwdriver  and welded  just got to get a repair pannel for the outside now then its finish off the inner sill and do the arches and thats all the welding done :shock: |

Sill off  really not as bad as i thought  poor old girl  inner sill redone  and at the back from the outside. rust chopped out.  welded.  started in the arch   wing off  and done this repair. thought there would be more. but thats it! ready to bolt the wings back on!  pic speaks for its self here. made most of this up as it had all rotted  before now i did finish it but the battery in the camera ran out of battery  and got this welded in  welded my finger too  front bumper is bent but i couldnt help it    was given this today. un opened. although usless. will just be there for the look  And i borrowed a "joggler" from work today and got the holes put in my sill so i can spot weld it on tomrow. so all going well. the sill should be on this time tomrow Woooo! sill is tacked on!  and under the dash is halfway done. just got to take the window out and to that little bit  ;D |

Those welds would look 1000% better if you ground them down.

update! smarting up the welds on the sill.   my mate steve from work came round and done the bit under the dash for me as i wasnt happy with my attempt.  then, seen as it was nice dry day, i asked dad if he'd do the bit that requires to take the window out.  ...so we did greated by this we told it to go home   ...And away it went. new arches  and a gift from my bro. 1 house point to anyone who can guess what its from   wheels all done !  should have them on tomrow 8) tyres  175/70/13's B) and that it up to date for now! welder isnt here right now so I'm playing the waiting game |
