Hi all - new member here! I LOVE the look of those ATX classics on the breadvan - I've just bought one as my first car and it's still got the fugly stock wheels on it. I was wondering which of the classics fit the breadvan and with which tires? Many thanks! H

did a bit of work on the wifes polo today and fitted the new Ashley tubular exhaust manifold to go with the Ashley system i had fitted a while back . a nice easy fit then you'd think.......... err no how about a supposed matching system and manifold with a 2 foot mismatch between where the manifold finishes and the system starts ![::)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/eyesroll.png) as well as a different angle to contend ![::)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/eyesroll.png) so much swearing ensued but its now done and makes a big difference to sound and performance. the car now seems smoother though the rev range and has much less droning not to mention making the engine a whole world better looking though i really need to do something with the cam cover ![:o](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/shocked.png) . : ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v333/nightmaresracing/project%20cars/c887bb97.jpg) : ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v333/nightmaresracing/project%20cars/344152a1.jpg) : : ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v333/nightmaresracing/videos/th_e1cafcf7.jpg)

Well I hope you are satisfied, spotted a black 1.3 for sale a week back and reflected with my mate, that was with me, how we both had one when we first came to london, now I am going to have to go and make an offer.

there was a one year only alloy rocker cover on these, you don't see many about but they really make a difference if you can find one, usually go for about £20-30, think my last one went on the coupe S GT i sold a while ago.

ditch the cam cover for a polished mk4 polo item, will look much nicer, only mod required is you need to add a breather pipe to the top

also keep your eyes pealed at the scrappies as some of the early mk2 golfs fitted with the 1.3 had aluminium cam covers which look very retro all painted and polished up! they are direct replacement, but bloody hard to find

When i was looking, the finish and fit seemed to be the peoples criticism of the Ashleys, if the performance side of the design works, I guess thats the important thing, specially as its now on. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) getting to be a special little bread van. Is the Wife happy with it? I ask cos shes sampled some fine motors, so must have a fair opinion on what she prefers. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

Cool, can't beat a breadvan ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) Any chance of spilling the beans on finding rear after market rear lights. Mine passed MOT yesterday and needs a treat ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)
