Well done Mark. You have continually raised the bar on workmanship, commitment and sheer bl00dy mindedness. Well deserved. My hat Sir, is well and truly doffed to you.

That's just brilliant. Heartwarming actually. I love the fact that, even with a book full of bland rules, such an extreme car can be perfectly legal. And it's a testament to your stunning workmanship.
Inspirational, truly inspirational.
Well done!

Good. Now you can take the rubbish bits back off and offer it as a kit to the next poor soul that has to go through the process! Well done Sir! P. Rubbish bits!.......splutter....rubbish bits! how very dare you bloody potholes on way home were awful - mind you at a steady 80mph on motorway (allegedly) the rubber trims on the roof gutters must have got whipped of in the wind

I can't thank all of you individually but consider all of yourselves thanked past & future. Very nice to receive.
Next project........ hmmm I always wanted to build a 33 ford sedan - pro street of course ;D
I'm thinking of taking on small jobs for others as I'm a bit bored in the evenings now.

Congrats. I admire your resolve to keep going and keep changing things until it passed. Others would have given up long before they got that far. I'll miss reading about it, though...

I bet the relief of finally knowing your going to get a log book is fantastic. Like when I got mine for my van, but obviously you've put a dam site more work and skill in the process of getting yours sorted. Congratulations. Looking forward to the running reports

Well done on the pass. Proof that hard work and proper understanding of the rules doesn't mean the end for such stunning projects - Euro nannies be damned !!

Woo! etc.
Seriously well done on the pass. Rather than moan and give in you stuck it out and got through the paperwork and now get to enjoy all that hard work. Elevens everywhere.

Well done, a proper legal build that goes a long way to show that rather than be afraid of the test , built properly its a true test of quality.
You can be rightly proud and this thread should be an example to all who think that the rules prevent freedom to modify
