Hi Guys Not too sure what you will think of my cars. But just thought you might want a look. Cheers Roland Here,s my latest. Its a 63 Chevy Panel van. At 18'+ long, on the large side I know. Just got it in from the states, about 6 weeks ago. Had no engine so I have fitted a 5.7 litre chevy small block. High power heads a performance cam. Should be good for a bit of power. Has a manual 3 speed. Might need to change the axle or something as it seems to be able to pull away in any gear. Little jobs to do before the mot and re registering in this country. My poor little Riley 472. Has a small 8.2 litre Caddy engine in her. Has a cds2 Tube rear end on it, which locates the 12 bolt locker axle. Been known to run a 14.3 quarter, with a few camping suppplies in the back, in drive. Its now quite sad, been sat for a few years, like 3/4 I think. Need to get my garage done so I can get her back on the road. Thats all on that one. My little hillman minx. Its a little shabby but pretty solid. Stock as a rock this one. Column change and all that. Just needs a bit of welding for the mot, then its good to go. Here's Suzy's truck The body is a glass 34 ford pickup body. Has a 5litre ford and c4 box in it. Sadly the bottom end fell out on the way to the Ace Cafe the other night. Not a massive job I hope, but you never know. Thats all the pictures I have of my cars at the mo. Got a few other toys I will get some piccy's of another time. Cheers Guys Roland

Welcome to the forum Roland!! Saw your Riley at Billing a few years back I think??? Nice to know it's still around. Minx is lovely and that '63 Panel ticks every box for me.

Great Panel Van (and the rest!), I'd love one of those, park a little Kei-car in the back and have two cars on one parking permit ;-)

Did this used to belong to Merek somthing ?? Wasn't Merek's a Wolseley? Roland, I saw your Riley at the Pageant a couple of years ago...I was tempted to make you an offer at the time! It's been on R-R a few times now...including the 'which Riley sleeper' poll....yours won, by the way! ;D

That Riley is absolutly OOOOOOOOOOOOFFFFFFFFFFFFFF-TASTIC!!! A mate of mine Bill has a 4/72 running a small block which is un-tubbed and there was another tubbed farina (think it was anther riley) at wheels day this year, i thought it was yours but it couldnt have been if yours has been off the road for a time Mereks was a light blue 16/60. Ive got a feature on it in an old custom car mag somewhere, if i find it ill put some pics up here. I love Farinas! Id have one if i hadnt just bought another Maxi. DOH!
