Nicest of all the A-series Metros IMHO...and beaten in the rarity stakes only by the Metro ARX!! That's very very clean.

Got a quick look at this on Metro Power. Lovely car! Something stands out about the A-Series GTa's. All the Best with it.

It requires a lot of cutting and shutting to fit the K series in but I might transplant a 1300 Suzuki Swift DOHC engine into it over the Winter. Really not sure at the moment though. Oh and thanks for the positive comments guys.

I've got a set of wheels off one of those if you want some spare i'd rather sell em than scrap em.

is it the mg spec engine or just the basic 1275? Nice car btw! Its the MG spec 1275cc. Apparently the car itself is exactly the same as the turbo, just without the turbo and the 4 grill bonnet. From what I've been told it has exactly the same suspension setup and anti roll bars. I've got a set of wheels off one of those if you want some spare i'd rather sell em than scrap em. Matt What condition are they in? and how much for the set?

They're not in great condition could probably do with blasting and repainting. However they're very straight with no kerbing at all. I want £25 for em which is the scrap value.

Metro Respect - what a great find you have there!
Better install some extra theft protection, these cars are unfortunately very easy for scum to steal.
