Top grammar tips! Bought = purchased. Brought = relocated Lose = misplace/opposite of win. Loose = your mum

hey nice ride! I'm glad it went to a good home, i really like the colour and i might paint my chevette that colour, i also have a set of revos aswell but not as wide as yours. I'm just about to drop my c20xe into my chevette and it looks like i need to modify the bulkhead . it looks like you have carlton engine mounts, i also have them, but i don't think mine is going to fit very easily has your bulkhead been modified?

Brilliant. i think i prefer the saloon best too. This project was winking at me too but i'd be mad to have two serious projects. Looks like its gonna be fantastic without too much hassle or money. great.

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

A cracking project. I quite fancied it myself, but a bit too 'projecty' for the time I have available. Looking forward to seeing the end result

Excellent chap, thought you were after one of these. don't know if its useful to you (have already mentioned this on the driftworks thread) But I have a FWD XE manifold in the shed, if you fancy a bit of choppage and weldage to make it RWD and get you running if you are on a budget

BTW I had a standard XE exhaust manifold, rubbed it down and rattle canned it with some of that black "heat proof" paint and it sold for £150 on ebay this was a couple of years ago but what a result.

Sorry tetsujin, it just happened I had a 2door E30 which is what he wanted. Cheers for the comments anyway guys. I've been away with work this week so didn't get anything done. I did however grab enough sun to wash it and remove the bumpers. Now it doesn't look so pensioner-spec . The orange looks so good in the sun eh?!
